Saving and reusing table views
Use “Gespeicherte Filter” (saved filters) to save the filters, columns, and sorting of the Scoreboard and the Prompts, Responses, and Sources tables locally in your browser.
Last updated 23 days ago
With Gespeicherte Filter (saved filters, formerly “Ansichten”), you capture how a table or the Scoreboard is set up and bring that setup back later with a single click. This article shows where saved filters are available, how to create and maintain them, and why they are stored only in your browser.
Where saved filters are available
You'll find the Gespeicherte Filter button in the filter bar of these pages:
| Location | What gets saved |
|---|---|
| Scoreboard | Time period, comparison period, and filters |
| Prompts | Status filter, models, other filters from + Filter, sorting, column order and visibility, pinned column |
| Responses | Filters by prompt, model, and status, other filters from + Filter, time period, sorting, column order and visibility |
| Sources | Display by domain or page, Alle (All) or Social, filters from + Filter, time period, sorting, pinned domain column, column order and visibility |
| Tables in a source's detail panel | Search term, column order and visibility |
Each saved filter belongs to one table and one website. A saved filter from Responses doesn't appear under Sources, and when you switch websites in the sidebar, you see that website's own saved filters. In the Scoreboard, they also apply only to your own account.
Saving a filter
- Set up the table the way you want to save it, including filters, columns, and sorting.
- Click Gespeicherte Filter (Saved filters).
- Select Aktuelle Filter speichern (Save current filters).
- Enter a name in the Name… field.
- Optionally, choose an icon.
- Click Speichern (Save).
The saved filter stores the table exactly as it is when you click Speichern. Without a name, Speichern stays disabled, and Abbrechen (Cancel) discards it.
The new filter is active right away. The button then shows its name instead of Gespeicherte Filter. Use the menu to switch between your saved filters. To return to the default setup, select Standard (Default) or click the X next to the name.
Tip: Next to a saved filter, you'll see a two-letter abbreviation. It stands for the person who created it in this browser and is formed from their email address. Hover over it to see the email address and the date it was saved.
Editing, updating, and deleting saved filters
When you hover over a saved filter in the menu, a three-dot icon appears to its right. It opens these options:
- Bearbeiten (Edit): Changes the name and icon. The saved settings stay the same.
- Filter aktualisieren (Update filters): Overwrites the saved filter with the table's current setup, including columns and sorting. A message confirms the update.
- Exportieren (Export): Starts the page's CSV export. It exports the table as it is currently displayed, so select the saved filter first. This option is available on Prompts, Responses, and Sources, but not in the Scoreboard or in the tables of the source detail panel.
- Löschen (Delete): Removes the saved filter immediately, without asking for confirmation.
To adjust an existing filter:
- Select it in the Gespeicherte Filter menu.
- Change the filters, columns, or sorting in the table.
- Open the menu again and click the three-dot icon next to the filter.
- Select Filter aktualisieren.
Why saved filters are stored only in your browser
KI Score stores these filters only in the browser where you created them. This has a few consequences:
- Saved filters aren't shared with your team. Other members of the workspace can't see them.
- They don't sync between devices or browsers.
- If you clear your browser's site data, they are lost.
Saved filters are personal working aids. To pass data on, use the CSV export or a report that you share by email, as a PDF, or as a public link; see Creating and emailing reports.
