Copying readiness fixes for your developers
How to copy single readiness findings or all open items as a ready-made prompt for your developers or an AI tool.
Last updated 23 days ago
KI-Readiness lists every open technical item for your website under Nächste Schritte (Next steps). This article shows how to copy individual findings, or all open items at once, to your clipboard so you can hand them to your developers or an AI tool.
Copying a single finding
- In the sidebar, select the website you want at the top.
- In the Optimierung (Optimization) group, open KI-Readiness.
- Switch to the Nächste Schritte tab at the top.
- Next to the item you want, click Fix kopieren (Copy fix).
- Paste the text wherever your team handles tasks, such as a ticket, a chat, or an email.
After you click, the button briefly shows Kopiert (Copied). This lets you assign items to different people, for example server topics to your admins and content topics to your editors.
Copying all open items as a prompt
- Open KI-Readiness for the website you want and switch to the Nächste Schritte tab.
- In the top right of the Nächste Schritte card, click Fix-Prompt kopieren (Copy fix prompt).
- Paste the prompt into an AI tool that has access to your website's code or server configuration, or hand it to your developers as a brief.
The button only appears when there are open items. If every check has passed, the card shows Keine offenen technischen Aufgaben (No open technical tasks) instead.
Note: KI-Readiness has no file export and no sharing feature. The clipboard is the only way to pass findings on.
What the copied text contains
A single finding consists of these lines:
- the name of the check, followed by its tier in parentheses: “Essenziell” (Essential) or “Empfohlen” (Recommended)
- “Befund:” (Finding) with what the analysis found
- one “Fundort:” (Location) line for each affected spot, with the page, the area checked, and, if captured, the text found
- “Empfehlung:” (Recommendation) with the suggested fix, if the check has one
- “Erforderlich u. a. für:” (Required by, among others) with the AI models whose providers require the check in their documentation, each with a link to that documentation, if there are any
The check name in the copied text may differ from the task heading you see in the list.
The fix prompt is written in German and addresses an AI tool directly. It contains:
- the instruction to improve the website’s technical AI readiness, including your website’s address
- the methodology version of the analysis, if available
- all open items as a numbered list, in the same format as a single finding, essential items first, in the order of the Nächste Schritte list
- a request to implement the items directly in the code or server configuration and to briefly explain what was changed for each one
A check counts as open when its status is Nicht bestanden (Failed) or Optimieren (Optimize). Bonus signals are included in neither the list nor the prompt.
Tip: Have your team review any changes an AI tool suggests before they go live, especially in the server configuration and robots.txt.
Using the check command
Many items under Nächste Schritte also show a check command for the command line, a curl call with the affected address. Use the copy icon next to it (Prüfbefehl kopieren, Copy check command) to take it over. That way, your team can reproduce the finding before and after the fix. The check command isn't included in the copied fix or the fix prompt.
Re-running the analysis after the fixes
The analysis only picks up changes to your website the next time it runs.
- Open KI-Readiness for the website.
- At the top right, click Neu analysieren (Analyze again).
- Wait until the analysis finishes, then check the Nächste Schritte tab again.
Fixed items drop off the list, and the fix prompt then contains only the remaining ones. KI-Readiness does not use any credits.
