What each row means:

  • Prices are net, plus VAT. The monthly rate applies with yearly billing, so Essential, for example, costs €39 per month (€468 a year), or €45 with monthly billing. Credits and all other allowances stay the same per month on a yearly plan. You choose the billing interval when you book and can change it later in the Stripe customer portal. A monthly plan can be cancelled monthly, a yearly plan at the end of the subscription year.
  • Monitoring credits are the billing unit for your own prompts. One credit covers one prompt sent to one AI provider in one run. If a prompt has several measurement countries, each country is measured separately and costs credits like a prompt of its own. Plan credits expire at the end of the billing period.
  • Markets are the comparison markets where your KI Score is measured, each one a single offering in one geographic market, such as “Sneakers × Germany.” The allowance applies to your whole workspace, and you distribute the included markets across your websites. On Premium, for example, you can give one website five markets or give five websites one market each.
  • AI providers is how many of the eight supported AI systems you can select for your monitoring.
  • KI Score measurement is how often KI Score measures your markets. This measurement doesn’t use any credits. Essential markets are measured once a month, in the first measurement week of the month. If another customer on a weekly plan uses the same market, it is measured weekly.
  • Questions to Tactics AI count per calendar month for the whole workspace. They don’t use any credits.
  • MCP servers are extensions through which Tactics AI uses tools from other services, such as SEO data or documents.
  • Team seats are additional people besides the account owner. Pending invitations take up a seat. From Advanced, the standard roles are available; from Premium, you can give a person access to specific websites only; and on Enterprise, you can create custom roles.
  • Saved reports count per workspace. Reports themselves are available on every plan; on Essential, you send them monthly or quarterly, and weekly delivery is added from Advanced.
  • Whitelabel shows reports, public links, PDFs, and emails with your logo and sender name.

You can try Essential free for 30 days, once per account and on monthly or yearly billing alike. The other plans don’t have a trial.

What every plan includes

  • Monitoring of your own prompts, either automatically on a schedule or started with Measure once. The number of prompts and competitors isn’t limited by plan. Each run measures up to 500 active prompts per website. Your credits limit how much you measure overall.
  • Scoreboard with the key figures of your monitoring, downloadable as a PDF report, CSV data, or PNG charts.
  • Fanouts, the web searches AI models run while answering your monitoring prompts. They don’t cost extra credits.
  • Reports built from blocks you choose, with email delivery, a public link, and PDF. How many reports you can save and whether you can send them weekly depends on your plan; a logo and sender name under Whitelabel are available from Premium. Reports don’t use any credits.
  • Tactics AI, the analysis chat about your monitoring data, with a question allowance per plan.
  • KI Score for your markets, including the market comparison, also downloadable as a PDF report, CSV data, or PNG charts.
  • Site Health, the technical check of your website (KI-Readiness). It doesn’t use any credits.
  • Traffic, showing AI crawler requests and visits from AI answers.
  • CSV exports from Prompts, Responses, Sources, Fanouts, Competitors, the Scoreboard, the KI Score page, and your credit usage.

No plan includes a customer API or an embeddable badge. You can’t buy additional credits. You only get more credits when a new billing period starts or when you move to a larger plan.

Enterprise: custom terms

On Enterprise, the terms are agreed with you: a custom credit allowance and, if you like, more than 300 questions to Tactics AI or more than 10 team seats. Markets and AI providers aren’t limited. Websites are unlimited unless otherwise agreed. Your KI Score is measured weekly.

Enterprise includes 10 team seats besides the account owner, Whitelabel, unlimited saved reports, and 10 MCP servers. It is the only plan that allows custom roles in addition to the standard roles. You don’t book Enterprise yourself in the dashboard. Instead, contact sales at sales@kiscore.ai.

Comparing plans in the dashboard

  1. In the sidebar, click the credits widget below the website selector. It shows Upgrade on the right.
  2. In the Plan & credits dialog, compare the four plans. Your own plan is marked Current plan.
  3. Pick a different plan if you need to. Higher plans show the button Upgrade to …, lower plans Switch to …. For Enterprise, Contact sales opens an email to the sales team.
  4. For the full comparison, click Compare all plan features in detail. The plans page on kiscore.ai opens in a new tab.

You can also see your current plan and usage under Settings → Billing. If no subscription is active, that page shows the plan cards directly.

Note: On Enterprise, the credits widget shows Details instead of Upgrade and opens the same dialog. Only the main account can book or change plans. An upgrade takes effect immediately, and a downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period. After a downgrade, KI Score doesn’t delete anything: team seats, reports, Whitelabel, and MCP servers above the new limit rest until you move to a larger plan again. The article on upgrading and downgrading has the details.

Older contracts

The former Pro (Legacy) plan can no longer be booked. If your workspace still has allowances from an older contract, the plan page shows the notice “Your existing quotas are preserved. If you change plans, the new quotas apply.”

As long as you keep your contract, you keep your existing allowances. If you switch to one of the current plans, that plan’s allowances apply. Because Pro (Legacy) is no longer offered, you can’t switch back to it.

Tip: Before you switch, compare your current allowances with those of the new plan, especially for websites and markets.
