Accepting an invitation to KI Score
Were you invited to a team or set up by the KI Score team? Here’s how to set your password and sign in.

If someone invited you to KI Score, your account already exists. All that’s left is to set a password. This article explains which email you receive, how to accept the invitation, and what to do if the link no longer works.
Which email you receive
Depending on who created your account, you get one of two emails:

Both emails contain the Passwort festlegen (Set password) button. Team invitations are available from the Advanced plan. How many seats a workspace can have depends on the account owner’s plan.
Note: If you weren’t expecting an invitation, you can ignore the email or contact support@kiscore.ai.
Setting your password
- Open the invitation email.
- Click Passwort festlegen. The “Passwort festlegen” page opens in your browser.
- Under Neues Passwort (New password), enter a password with at least 8 characters.
- Under Passwort wiederholen (Repeat password), enter the same password again.
- Click Passwort speichern (Save password). You’re taken to the sign-in page.
- Sign in with your email address and your new password.
After a team invitation, you work in the team’s workspace with the same websites and credits. Which areas you can view and edit there depends on the role you received with the invitation, for example Viewer or Editor. If the person who invited you shared only certain websites with you, you see only those. You can see your role under Einstellungen → Workspace (Settings → Workspace).
Note: If you only see the notice “Dein Zugang ruht” (Your access is resting) after signing in, the workspace has more members than the account owner’s plan has seats, for example after a move to a smaller plan. Your access is kept. As soon as the account owner removes members or changes the plan, it is active again right away.
If the link has expired
The link in the invitation is valid for 7 days, as long as you have never signed in with the account. Once it has expired, saving shows the message “Dieser Link ist nicht mehr gültig. Bitte fordern Sie einen neuen an.” (This link is no longer valid. Please request a new one.) You then have two options:
- Ask for a new invitation: Ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation. They can do this under Einstellungen → Mitglieder (Settings → Members) with Einladung erneut senden (Resend invitation).
- Request a new link yourself: On the sign-in page, click Passwort vergessen? (Forgot password?) and follow the steps. Use the new link to set your password exactly as described above.
If you already have an account
If you already have a KI Score account that doesn’t hold any data of its own yet, the person inviting you adds that account to the team directly. You then receive the email “Zugang zum Team von KI Score” (Access to the KI Score team) and don’t need to set a new password. Sign in as usual with your existing credentials. From then on you work in the team’s workspace, because an account always belongs to exactly one workspace.
An account that already manages its own data, such as websites, a subscription, or credit transactions, or that already belongs to another team, can’t be invited. In that case, contact the person who wants to invite you.
