Customizing columns, sorting, and widgets
How to show and hide table columns, reorder and sort them, load more rows, and arrange the cards in the Scoreboard and on the KI Score page.
Last updated 11 days ago
You can adapt the tables under Prompts, Responses, and Sources to the way you work: choose which columns are visible, change their order and width, sort, and pin important columns. In the Scoreboard and on the KI Score page, you choose and arrange the cards.
The “Spalten” menu
The Spalten (Columns) menu lets you show or hide optional columns and set their order. Fixed columns, such as “Prompt” under Prompts, “Domain” under Sources, or “Antwort” (Answer) under Responses, are always visible and can’t be hidden.
To open the menu:
- Responses and Sources: Click Spalten next to the page title.
- Prompts: Open the three-dot menu and choose Spalten. Use the arrow in front of Spalten to go back to the menu.
In the open menu:
- Check or uncheck a column to show or hide it.
- Drag a column up or down in the list to change its position in the table.
Note: CSV exports only include visible columns, so show every column you need in the file before you export.
Sorting, resizing, and pinning columns
Sorting: You can tell sortable columns by the sort arrows in their header. Under Prompts, click the column header to sort in ascending order. A second click sorts in descending order, and a third click clears the sort. Under Responses, the first click sorts in the direction that makes sense for the column, the second reverses it, and the third returns to the default sort with the newest answers at the top. Under Sources, you also sort by clicking the column header; there, further clicks switch the direction or return to the default sort by Zitationsrate (Citation rate).
Resizing: Drag the edge of a column header to make the column narrower or wider. Double-click the edge to fit the column to its content.
Pinning: A pinned column stays visible while you scroll horizontally through a wide table.
- Hover over the header of the “Prompt” column (under Prompts) or the “Domain” column (under Sources).
- Click the pin icon, Prompt-Spalte anheften (Pin prompt column) or Domain-Spalte anheften (Pin domain column).
- To unpin, click the icon again (Prompt-Spalte lösen or Domain-Spalte lösen, Unpin prompt column or Unpin domain column).
Tip: If you want to reuse a combination of filters, columns, order, and sorting later, open Views in the filter bar and choose Als View speichern (Save as view). Views are stored only in your browser and aren’t shared with other devices or your team.
Loading more rows
The tables under Responses and Sources load their rows in batches. The footer below the table shows how many entries have been loaded so far, for example “25 von 140 Domains” (25 of 140 domains). To see more rows, click Mehr laden (Load more) in the footer.
Under Responses, each click adds 50 more answers; under Sources, 25 more entries. Once all rows are loaded, the button disappears.
Note: The CSV export under Sources only includes rows that have already been loaded, so load every row you want in the file before you export there. The export under Responses, by contrast, includes all answers matching the current filters, including those not yet loaded.
Arranging the cards in the Scoreboard
In the Scoreboard, you decide which cards appear and in which order:
- In the sidebar, open Scoreboard → Overview and click Weitere Aktionen (More actions, the three-dot icon) at the top right.
- Choose Dashboard-Einstellungen (Dashboard settings).
- On the left, turn the cards you want on or off. They are grouped under Kennzahlen (Metrics), Sichtbarkeit (Visibility), Sentiment, and Quellen (Sources).
- In the preview on the right, drag the cards by their handle to the position you want. Drag a card’s corner to make it half or full width.
- Click Fertig (Done).
Abbrechen (Cancel) discards your changes. Zurücksetzen (Reset) asks for confirmation (“Auf Standard zurücksetzen?”, Reset to default?) and then restores the default layout right away; your own arrangement is lost. The selection and order apply only to you and only in this browser.
Arranging the cards on the KI Score page
On the KI Score page, which you open from KI-Score in the sidebar, you can freely arrange all six cards: the four charts “KI-Score im Zeitverlauf” (KI Score over time), “Share of AI Voice”, “Erwähnungsrate im Zeitverlauf” (Mention rate over time), and “Rangentwicklung” (Rank over time), plus “Marktvergleich” (Market comparison) and “Quellen in deinem Markt” (Sources in your market).
- Hover over a card. A drag handle appears in the top-right corner.
- Drag the card by its handle to the position you want.
- For a chart, drag the bottom-right corner to make it wider or taller.
On wide screens, a chart can span one or both columns and be one or two rows tall. “Marktvergleich” and “Quellen in deinem Markt” always span the full width.
To hide or show cards, use Weitere Aktionen (More actions, the three-dot icon) in the page header and choose Dashboard-Einstellungen (Dashboard settings). The cards are grouped there under Sichtbarkeit (Visibility), Markt (Market), and Quellen (Sources). The dialog works like the dashboard settings in the Scoreboard.
Note: KI Score saves the arrangement for you in this browser. It's the same for all markets, so switching markets keeps it.
