Your brand is missing from the answer. Where should you look?
Tobias Raddatz
An AI lists several providers, but your brand is absent. Before rewriting the website, describe the observation more carefully. The omission may fit the question, vary across runs or relate to the sources used.
Does the question fit the offer?
Check service, audience and place. An open question about low-cost options differs from one about specialist solutions. A product that does not meet the stated requirements need not appear in every answer.
Is the name written differently?
Read the whole answer. It may use a product name, abbreviation or former company name. Monitoring may lack an appropriate alias. That is a detection issue rather than automatic evidence of absence.
What can be checked in the sources?
Open any supplied links. Are the descriptions accurate and current? Can important company pages be reached without signing in? Follow the actual cited or affected pages in the investigation.
Does the observation recur?
Record further answers under comparable conditions. They may establish a pattern worth investigating. A single omission does not demonstrate permanent exclusion.
Finish with the smallest specific task: check an alias, correct an old fact, resolve an access fault or explain a missing detail. If the cause remains unknown, “not yet established” is a valid finding.
