Switching between client websites
Use the website selector at the top of the sidebar to switch between your client websites. Every page then shows that website's data.

If you manage several clients in one workspace, you set up a separate website for each client. This article explains how to switch between those websites, what changes in the dashboard when you do, and why your selection is tied to your browser.
The website selector
The website selector sits at the very top of the sidebar. It shows the currently selected website with its favicon, name, and domain. The name shown is the website's brand name, or otherwise its name or URL. When the sidebar is collapsed, you only see the favicon, and the name appears as a tooltip.
To switch websites:
- Click the currently selected website at the top of the sidebar.
- Choose the website of the client you want to view from the list.
The currently selected website is marked with a check mark in the list. Above the list you see your workspace name, your role as a badge, for example “Admin” or “Viewer”, and the number of websites, for example “3 Websites”. If you have many websites, scroll within the list. If you only have access to specific websites, the list contains only those.
The three-dot menu next to a website gives you Bearbeiten (Edit) and Löschen (Delete), and for a website with the Entwurf (Draft) badge also Einrichtung fortsetzen (Resume setup). Website hinzufügen (Add website) sits at the end of the list. The article on adding, editing, and deleting websites covers these in detail.
Note: The selector only switches between websites within your workspace. Every account has exactly one workspace. KI Score does not offer switching between multiple workspaces or separate client workspaces.
What changes when you switch
After you switch, the dashboard refreshes and every page shows the data for the selected website. This includes the value next to KI-Score in the sidebar, the Scoreboard, the schedule, Prompts, Responses, Sources, Fanouts, Competitors, Rankings, KI-Readiness, and Traffic Overview. Open chats with Tactics AI start over after the switch.
So before you change anything, such as the schedule or your prompts, check which website is shown at the top of the sidebar. Changes always apply to the currently selected website.
If the website could not be switched, the selector menu shows an error message, for example “Website konnte nicht ausgewählt werden.” (The website could not be selected.) In that case, try again.
Selection per browser
KI Score stores your selection in a browser cookie, not in your user account. The cookie lasts one year. This means:
- In the same browser, the dashboard opens the last selected website again on your next visit.
- In a different browser or on a different device, a different website may be selected.
- If there is no valid selection, for example in a new browser or after you deleted the selected website, the dashboard shows the first website in the list.
- When you add a new website through Website hinzufügen, it is selected as soon as you finish setting it up.
If several people work in the same workspace, each of them has their own selection. When you switch, your colleagues’ view does not change.
Saved filters per website
In the Scoreboard and on the Prompts, Responses, and Sources pages, you can save filters and table settings under Gespeicherte Filter (Saved filters). Each of these saved filters belongs to one website. A filter you created for one client therefore does not appear when you switch to another client’s website.
Saved filters are also stored only in the browser you use. They are not shared with your team or with other devices. If you want the same setup for every client, create it separately for each website.
