Which integrations does KI Score offer?
A straight overview: traffic capture through your server, exports, email reports, and MCP servers for Tactics AI, plus a clear list of the connections that don't exist.

KI Score gives you several ways to exchange data with other systems: traffic capture through your server, exports from the dashboard, email reports, and MCP servers as an extension for Tactics AI. This article explains what each one does, which connections aren't available, and where you set up the integration.
Traffic capture through your server
For the Traffic page to show AI crawlers and AI referrals, your server reports your website's page requests to KI Score. Capture happens on the server side. Every report must include your website's tracking key in the X-Kiscore-Tracking-Secret header, or KI Score rejects it. The setup guides use a connection key for this, which contains your website's site ID and tracking secret.
In the “Integrations” card, the Traffic tracking page shows five cards you can use:
- Server API: The universal option for any system that handles requests on the server, for example through middleware or request hooks. The guide shows your website's address under “Your tracking endpoint” and a “Universal cURL example” that reads the connection key from a private server variable.
- WordPress: A plugin you upload (kiscore.zip) for WordPress 6.0 or later and PHP 7.4 or later. You paste the connection key in WordPress under “Settings” → “KIscore”. Developers can use an MU plugin they place themselves instead.
- Next.js: The npm package next-ki-score for Next.js 15 and 16, added through the proxy.ts file (middleware.ts in Next.js 15). You add the connection key as a server variable.
- TYPO3: A Composer extension, version 2.1.0 or later, for TYPO3 12 to 14. You enter the connection key in the Site Configuration.
- Nuxt: A module for Nuxt 3 and 4. As far as we currently know, the published version doesn't send the tracking key. For more, see Are there plugins for Nuxt and TYPO3?
The cards for Cloudflare, Webflow, and Shopify are marked “Coming soon” and can't be set up yet. KI Score doesn't offer a JavaScript snippet for the browser.
Exports as CSV, PDF, and PNG
On every plan, you can download dashboard data as CSV files, for example the tables under All prompts, Responses, Sources, Fanouts, and Competitors, the market comparison on the KI Score page, and your credit usage under Settings → Billing. The Scoreboard's Overview and the KI Score page also offer PDF reports, CSV data sets, and PNG charts. Traffic and Site Health don't offer a file export. For the full list of exports, see Exporting data as CSV.
Email reports
Reports combine building blocks from the Scoreboard, such as the key-figure strip, Share of Voice, models, or the most cited domains. People with write access to Analytics, such as admins, create them in the Overview through the three-dot menu at the top right → Manage reports. In the second step, Send, reached with Next, they enter recipients and choose the frequency: as soon as a delivery has recipients, the report goes out monthly, quarterly, or, from the Advanced plan, weekly by email, with the PDF attached and a link to the report. With Send test email, you send the current draft once to test recipients. You can also export a report as a PDF or share it through a public link that works without signing in. Link and PDF always show the data as of the reporting date. For more, see Creating and emailing reports.
From the Premium plan, people with write access to Brand and knowledge, such as admins, add a logo and a sender name for reports under Settings → Whitelabel, once for the whole workspace. There are no custom colors; reports keep KI Score's neutral look. The sender address and the link stay with KI Score. Reports don't use any credits and are sent by email only.
MCP servers for Tactics AI
Tactics AI, the analysis chat in the dashboard, can use tools from external services through MCP servers (Model Context Protocol), for example from Notion, Linear, or Figma. Under Settings → MCP servers, you pick servers from a catalog of more than 40 entries or connect your own. MCP servers are available from the Premium plan: 3 per workspace on Premium and 10 on Enterprise, and a single chat uses at most five of them. Only people with write access to API and MCP, such as admins, can connect and manage them. Tools that do more than read ask for your approval in the chat before each use by default.
MCP servers only extend the chat. They are not an interface through which other systems can retrieve your KI Score data.
What isn't available
KI Score doesn't offer the following connections on any plan, including Enterprise:
- a Slack integration for customers, or any delivery channel other than email
- outgoing webhooks
- a customer API or API keys for accessing your data
- BI connectors such as Looker Studio, or an automatic data feed to Google Sheets or Zapier
- custom sender or link domains for reports
- badges or embeddable widgets for your website
- content sync with your CMS
If you want to work with data from KI Score in other tools, CSV exports are the way to do it.
Where to set up the integration
The traffic integration has its own entry in the settings:
- In the sidebar, select the website whose traffic you want to capture.
- Under Setup, expand the Settings folder and choose Traffic tracking under “Website”.
- In the “Integrations” card, click the card for your platform or Server API. The guide opens in a window.
If the page shows the notice “Connection details are missing”, the website is missing its site ID, tracking key, or API endpoint. In that case, contact support at support@kiscore.ai.
