Managing multiple client websites in one workspace

How agencies set up clients as websites in one workspace, which limits apply to each plan, and what that means for credits and access.

Last updated 10 days ago

If your agency manages several clients with KI Score, you add each client as its own website in your workspace. This article explains how that works, how many websites your plan includes, and what to keep in mind about credits and team access.

Each client as its own website

A KI Score account has exactly one workspace. It holds all your websites, a shared credit balance, and, from the Advanced plan, your team members. There are no separate client workspaces and no way to switch between multiple workspaces. That's why you manage your clients as websites inside this one workspace.

Each website has exactly one brand. You set up prompts, competitors, the schedule, and markets per website. To move between clients, use the website selector at the top of the sidebar.

To add another client:

  1. Open the website selector at the top of the sidebar.
  2. Select Website hinzufügen (Add website).
  3. Follow the steps in the dialog.

Note: Each address can be added only once per workspace. If a client's domain already exists as a website, KI Score rejects a second website with the same address. Before adding a client, check whether they're already in the list.

Website limits by plan

How many websites you can add depends on your plan:

Plan Websites Markets Credits per period Team seats besides the owner
Essential 1 1 150 None
Advanced 2 2 500 2
Premium 5 5 1,000 5
Enterprise Unlimited, unless otherwise agreed Unlimited Custom allowance as agreed 10, or more by contract

Once you reach the limit, Website hinzufügen can no longer be selected. Below it, the website selector shows the reason and offers a Tarif ansehen (View plan) link to plan management. To add more websites, switch to a larger plan. You'll find current pricing on the plans page.

If your workspace holds more websites than your plan allows, for example after switching to a smaller plan, automatic monitoring runs skip the websites above the limit. You won't get an email about this, but the bell in the Scoreboard reports each skipped run along with the reason.

The markets in your plan apply to the whole workspace. To learn how to split them across your clients, see Distributing markets across client websites.

Shared credits in the workspace

Credits belong to the workspace, not to an individual website. All client websites draw from the same balance. How much a website uses depends on its active prompts, their measurement countries, the AI providers you've selected, and the number of runs. Each additional measurement country on a prompt costs as much as a prompt of its own. A daily schedule for one client can quickly use up the balance for everyone else.

To see how many credits each client has used:

  1. In the sidebar, open Einstellungen → Billing (Settings → Billing).
  2. Select the Websites & Gruppen (Websites & groups) tab.
  3. Check the Credits in dieser Periode (Credits this period) column for each website's usage.

Despite the tab's name, KI Score has no groups you can use to bundle websites.

You can't buy additional credits. You only get more credits with the next billing period or a larger plan.

Team access

Team access is available from the Advanced plan: 2 seats besides the account owner on Advanced, 5 on Premium, and 10 on Enterprise, or more by contract. Pending invitations take up a seat. Access is managed under Einstellungen → Mitglieder (Settings → Members) by people with write access to Team und Rollen (Team and roles), for example with the Admin role. On Essential, only the main account works in the workspace.

When you invite someone, you set two things:

  • The role defines which areas the person can view or edit. Besides the standard roles, you can create your own roles on the Enterprise plan.
  • Zugriff auf (Access to) defines which websites they see: with Workspace, all current and future websites; with Bestimmte Websites (Specific websites), only the ones you select, such as those of a single client. Bestimmte Websites is available from the Premium plan.

That way, you can also give a client access without them seeing your other clients' websites. Team, billing, API and MCP, workspace management, and the whitelabel settings stay locked for access limited to specific websites. The plan and invoices stay with the main account. To learn how roles and website access work in detail, read What can admins and members do?.

Per workspace, you can save 1 report on Essential, 5 on Advanced, and unlimited reports from Premium; weekly delivery is available from Advanced. From the Premium plan, you can show reports in your own branding with Whitelabel, with your logo and sender name. There is one whitelabel per workspace, so it's the same for all clients, and custom colors aren't available. KI Score doesn't offer full white-labeling with your own domain or your own client portal.
