What's included in your workspace?
What your workspace contains, how to rename it, and where to find websites, members, roles, and quotas.

Your workspace is the shared area of your KI Score account. This article explains what belongs to it, how to rename it, and where to find your websites, access, and quotas.
One workspace per account
Every account belongs to exactly one workspace. KI Score creates it automatically when you sign up and initially names it after your email address. KI Score does not offer multiple workspaces per account, so there is no way to switch between workspaces.
Your workspace includes:
- Websites: every web presence you measure. Each website stands for exactly one brand.
- Plan and credits: the credits in your plan belong to the workspace, not to an individual person.
- Market quota: you can distribute the included markets across your websites as you like.
- Questions to Tactics AI: per calendar month, 30 questions on Essential, 100 on Advanced, and 300 on Premium and Enterprise, or more by Enterprise contract. Everyone in the workspace shares this allowance.
- MCP servers: connected servers that Tactics AI can use as extensions: 3 on Premium and 10 on Enterprise, at most five per chat. Essential and Advanced don't include MCP extensions.
- Reports: per workspace, 1 saved report on Essential, 5 on Advanced, and unlimited from Premium. Weekly delivery is available from Advanced.
- Whitelabel: from Premium, a logo and a sender name for your reports, once for the whole workspace. There are no custom colors.
- Team members: from Advanced, with 2 team seats besides the account owner on Advanced, 5 on Premium, and 10 on Enterprise, or more by contract.
How many websites and markets are included depends on your plan: Essential includes 1 website and 1 market, Advanced 2 of each, and Premium 5 of each. Enterprise offers unlimited websites unless agreed otherwise, plus unlimited markets.
Your workspace settings
You'll find the pages for your workspace in the sidebar in the Setup → Settings folder, under “Workspace”:
- Workspace: the Workspace details card with the name, Your role, and Created on.
- Websites: every website in the workspace, with the columns Website, Domain, and Status. Selected marks the website currently selected in the sidebar, Draft a website whose setup isn't finished yet, and all others show Available. Use the search field to filter the list, and Add to set up another website. The three-dot menu on each row contains Edit and Delete, and for a draft also Resume setup.
- Members: the People with access card with everyone, their role, and their access, the seats taken (“3 of 5 seats taken”), plus Invite. On Essential, this page shows the notice “Your plan does not include additional team seats. Team seats are included from Advanced.” with the View plans link.
- Billing: plan, credits, and invoices. The info icon next to the plan name shows how many markets your workspace uses. The Usage tab shows your credit consumption, and the Websites & groups tab shows the credits per website in the current billing period.
- MCP servers and Whitelabel: the extensions for Tactics AI, and the logo and sender name of your reports. Below Premium, these pages show “MCP extensions are included from Premium” and “Whitelabel is included from Premium” with the View plans link; saved values stay visible.
You can also see your remaining credits in the credits widget directly below the website selector in the sidebar. Which of these pages you can see and edit depends on your role.
Renaming your workspace
The name can be changed by people with write access to the Workspace area, such as the account owner and admins.
- Open the website selector at the top of the sidebar.
- Next to the workspace name, click the three-dot icon (screen-reader name “Workspace options”).
- Select Edit name.
- In the Edit workspace dialog, enter the new name in the Workspace name field.
- Click Save.
You can open the same dialog under Settings → Workspace with Edit. The new name applies to the entire workspace and all websites in it. It also appears in the footer of your report emails (“Sent on behalf of …”). As long as the workspace is still named after your email address, KI Score shows the sender name from the whitelabel or “KI Score” there instead. Without the necessary permissions, the three-dot icon and Edit don't appear.
Under Settings → Workspace, the account owner and admins can also use Delete workspace permanently in the Delete workspace section to delete the entire workspace with all websites, data, and credits. The subscription ends; personal accounts remain.
Roles in the workspace
Whoever signs up is the account owner of their own workspace and can do everything in every area. Other people are available from the Advanced plan and join by invitation. Each person has a role that defines, per area, whether they can't see it, can only view it, or can also edit it. KI Score provides the roles Admin, Editor, Viewer, Billing, and Member. From Premium, you can give people access to specific websites only, and on Enterprise you can also create custom roles. You can see your role as a badge next to the workspace name in the website selector and under Settings → Workspace.
To learn what each role can do, see What can admins and members do?
Only the main account that owns the subscription manages the plan and billing.
